These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pinzo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Pinzo helps golfers discover UK golf clubs and helps clubs communicate with golfers. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis during beta and features may change.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Club claims & manager responsibilities
You may only claim a club if you are formally authorised by that club to do so. We manually review every claim and may reject or revoke access at our discretion. Once verified, you are responsible for keeping the club's information accurate and lawful.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Impersonate any person, club, or organisation.
- Scrape, resell or redistribute club data extracted from Pinzo.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post (updates, events, offers, images). By posting content you grant Pinzo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
6. Third-party data
Club information is aggregated from public sources including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and information supplied by clubs themselves. Weather data is provided by OpenWeather and maps by Mapbox.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinzo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
