Pinzo is a platform that helps golfers discover golf clubs, stay connected with their favourite courses and, where available, interact with clubs through updates and other features.

You agree to use Pinzo responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that takes place under it.

Pinzo brings together information from a variety of sources, including golf clubs themselves.

While we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every detail will always be complete, current or correct.

Golf clubs are responsible for the information they publish through their own verified accounts.

Some clubs can be claimed by authorised representatives.

By submitting a claim, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the golf club.

Pinzo may request additional information before approving a claim and reserves the right to approve or reject claims at its discretion.

If you submit content to Pinzo, including profile information, updates, images or other material, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share it.
• It does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Pinzo permission to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Pinzo.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Upload malicious software.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Submit false club claims.
• Use Pinzo to distribute spam or misleading information.

Pinzo may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.

Pinzo, including its branding, design, logos and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of Pinzo without permission, except where permitted by law.

We work hard to keep Pinzo available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times and may occasionally perform maintenance, updates or improvements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinzo is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Pinzo may introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future.

If we do, additional terms relating to those services will be provided where appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Pinzo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
